Shipping policy

When placing an order through our website, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on the governorate to which the delivery is made.

The business days for delivery of shipments are from Saturday to Thursday. Friday is a holiday for delivery of orders from shipping companies.

Before delivering the order, the shipping company representative will contact you by phone to coordinate a delivery time.

Delivery of orders by the shipping company is during the morning period from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so please use your morning address as the delivery address, even if it is your work address.

You can open the shipment in front of the shipping company representative and inspect the products before receiving them.
